NEW Transition Team Clickable Classroom

Our great GHAEA transition team (Mary McLaren, Samantha Wilson, Amy Liddell, Rebecca Hamilton, Nancy Lindgren) presented recently at the Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) Work-Based Learning Conference. They did a great job of presenting and sharing with colleagues not only in Iowa but from around the country. The team was sharing a collection of transition resources that they had compiled and created in a clickable classroom format. This excellent resource now lives on our Green Hills AEA website and provides resources in the categories of assessments, curriculum/instruction, family/educator resources, resource linkages, and social-emotional learning.
